Job description

ROLE OBJECTIVE -

To maintain and grow the business with QSR Key Accounts in West with existing and potential customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • a)Financial Responsibility:

    • To maximize sales from current and potential customers - Developing KAM framework for critical customer in their region : 1 customer for 1st quarter and 3 per quarter thereafter.
    • To be responsible for new product development by pitching for them to the current accounts and client pool. Target as per AOP
    • To keep key watch on developments in market, to incubate ideas for new products. Develop Pipe line for next year.
  • b)Customer Responsibility (Internal and External) :

    • Proactive Pitch process - Execute 3 proactive pitches in a Quarter covering top 10 Accounts
    • To build VKL brand among the current accounts and client pools.
    • To build and maintain healthy relations with teams at customer's end throughout sales cycle
  • c)People Responsibility: Nil (Individual Contributor)

  • d)Process Improvement:

    • To be responsible for collection of dues
    • CRM Adoption - All Sales processes to be routed through CRM
    • To develop and maintain prospects and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM.
    • Forecast Accuracy
    • To adhere to Mercuri Goldman Framework
